On-line Payments. There is an on-line booking/payments system available below. Charges are automatically calculated at minimum of deposit only, with emailed details of how to make further payments later, as well as basic data fields (dates, name, contact details, etc). Such payments are via PayPal (payments@linnhecroftholidaycottages) and also permit the use of credit/debit cards at the payment stage.
BACS/Internet Banking Payments. If you wish to book by paying deposit only initially (£70.00), you can do so using the details on a booking form – via contact us.
UK Cheques. We still accept UK cheques via post, see booking form for address via contact us.
All payments must be completed, in full, at least 3 weeks before the date of the holiday including the GHDD. We reserve the right to re let the accommodation if full payments are not completed in time.
International Bank Payments. These can be accepted, please contact us regarding charges.
Short Stay Bookings. Strictly on a availability basis, it may be possible to stay for periods of not less than 4 days – enquire via contact us for availability, prices will be normal weekly rate less 20% (e.g. £525 would be £420).
If you wish to stay for fewer than 7 nights between Saturdays please check availability using the method described above. If you wish to stay over a long weekend, e.g. Thursday to Monday, type in date of the Saturday prior to required date and enter 14 nights, this will show availability over the two-week period. You will need to book both weeks to ensure you have the dates you wish. Once you have paid your deposit, you can send us an email specifying the exact dates you require.
Welcome Pack. For those travelling long distance/arriving late, a “Welcome Pack” of Fresh Milk, Eggs, Butter and Bread can be provided on the day of arrival at a cost of £10.00.
