We have been busy with some refurbishments between Oct 19 and Mar 20. Both cottages have been redecorated throughout. Both kitchens have new worktops, new sinks & taps. As per what ScotGovt have advised last week, we are planning on re-opening from 18th July 2020. We have been in touch with guests who still have bookings with us. We are accepting bookings again with deposits, they will be confirmed once the ScotGovt formally announce that the Scottish tourism industry can re-open as planned. [...]

Many a picture on this blog show the views across Loch Linnhe from our cottages. I’ve always wondered what it was like from the other side. Yesterday, Sunday, I decided to take a drive around and walk about over to the other side and see what the views were like.
Spent the last few days checking things over for upcoming season. Annual Fire Safety checks done, a few odd repairs. Some new lighting, new fridge and new bedroom furniture for one cottage, some new garden furniture for the other cottage. As well as admiring the views in the various weather conditions.
