A small hill walk - with weather changeable.
One of the family members had a significant birthday to celebrate and 10 of us stay in Heather and Fern during the week 6-12 April, a bit of a party but also day visits/activities around local area. A series of pictures to follow.

A new boiler system and oil storage tank fitted during the middle of last month, preparing for Winter. Some nice views for one day whilst visiting.
Some pictures from a recent working visit. Some painting and general tidy up. The sheep in the field at the back of the cottage have started lambing this last week. Local wild birds visiting too. Up at cottages going some work in preparation for Visit Scotland's grading visit in 2 weeks. Yesterday morning was a cold start but it brightened up later, great scenery.
This time last year, we only had about 3-5 bookings for the peak summer periods. We’re obviously doing something right, we’re getting returning guests and lots of new ones, 13 bookings over same season currently, with others outside these dates. More people booking early.
