As per what ScotGovt have advised last week, we are planning on re-opening from 18th July 2020. We have been in touch with guests who still have bookings with us. One of the family members had a significant birthday to celebrate and 10 of us stay in Heather and Fern during the week 6-12 April, a bit of a party but also day visits/activities around local area. A series of pictures to follow.
A quick visit overnight to the cottages, to accept delivery of new sofa and sofa bed now in Fern cottage. The same style as that in Heather just a different colour.

A new boiler system and oil storage tank fitted during the middle of last month, preparing for Winter. Some nice views for one day whilst visiting.

Up at cottages going some work in preparation for Visit Scotland's grading visit in 2 weeks. Yesterday morning was a cold start but it brightened up later, great scenery.
This time last year, we only had about 3-5 bookings for the peak summer periods. We’re obviously doing something right, we’re getting returning guests and lots of new ones, 13 bookings over same season currently, with others outside these dates. More people booking early.
